Why do we think this is a duplicate of 528720? For most of the folks on
that issue its seems purging irqbalance fixes their issue, whereas most
of the folks here say it does not.
If its one issue, then isn't irqbalance likely just a influencer?
Doesn't seem like this issue is getting any priority at the moment, yet
for those of us that are affected we are dead in the water when this
happens.
If any Ubuntu contributor would consider helping to fix this, I'd be
perfectly willing to help diagnose and test potential fixes.
