Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: rhythmbox
rhythmbox scans music folder at startup adding back files that were
"removed" from the rhythmbox application (but files still remain in
library folder). Rythmbox should remember which files have been removed
and not automatically import them again when "watching" the music
library folder.
