Thanks for your interest in lrslib

B64 affects only the arithmetic in the non-gmp version, so there is no
point in defining it with GMP. It seems harmeless to define it, but I
don't see the point in bothering upstream with this.

The debian package in fact does clean up everything it builds, so the
fact that upstream's makefile fail's to do so is already fixed.
