I installed linux-backports-modules-alsa-2.6.35-23-generic, following a
recommendation in a forum, but this did not solve my problem.
In Lucid, after instaling the linuxant driver, capture in alsamixer showed me
an option to select a mic, and selecting mic F made everything work). Now
alsamixer doesn't show anything to select a microphone.
