Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: liferea
Recently I've been receiving segfault error messages whenever I try to
start liferea in feisty.
I suspect this is in someway dbus related but have no idea how to fix
this and there doesn't seem to be much information out there. Any ideas?
Let me know if I need to post any more info.
I get this when trying to launch liferea from the shell
libnotify-Message: Unable to get session bus: Did not receive a reply. Possible
causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus
security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network
connection was broken.
PLUGIN:notif_libnotify.c : notify_init failed
** (liferea:11939): WARNING **: liferea_dbus_connect(): Failed get session
dbus: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply | Did not receive a reply. Possible
causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus
security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network
connection was broken
