Binary package hint: evolution
New (unread) messages in an exchange account exist, but the messaging
menu shows '0' for the message count on the account, and the main
messaging-menu indicator icon doesn't indicate anything needing
attention.
A notify-old bubble does pop up when the mail comes in, but nothing
changes on the messaging menu.
