This report comes from the man, who have gave spent the most time of all
in Czech team on localization issues. Objectively there is no
possibility to handle this and other issues on mailing list because
these people have voted for exclusion from the team and the mailing
list. The team have violating the rules and conventions of Czech
language arrogantly, pretending there is no problem and marking his bug
rejected instead of handling this properly.
Filling a bug report is the most standard way of reporting bugs
(including translation) in Ubuntu, GNOME, OpenOffice.org, Mozilla and
virtually all Open Source / Free Software projects. Arguing of wasting
time is absurd and awkward.
