Public bug reported:
Hi,
I am mew to Linux and Ubuntu world. I have installed Ubuntu 10.04 in desktop
as dualboot. I am booting to only into Ubuntu since then. But the system hangs
itself at random intervals( say 2 mins after boot, 1 hr after bhoot, 5 hrs
after boot etc...). I use mostly firefox, music player, chat aps, movie player,
Openoffice etc). Mostly default programs.
When PC hangs, I can't use mouse, kyeboard. I only have to hard reboot
from the PC. Please suggest solution for the problem, as I am very new
to Ubuntu to solve it myself.
Pls note: I update ubuntu with "update manager" very regularly.
Regards,
TTR.
