No bug tracker is the right place to ask support questions. Until the Xfce4.7 merges are completed, you should expect issues running Xfce in Ubuntu or Xubuntu. Filing the bug on xfce bugzilla simply increases the workload for those who are attempting to resolve issues. This is not a valid issue until the merges complete. For questions, you should use the forums, IRC, AskUbuntu, or launchpad answer tracker.
