Hi! I'm sorry to say that there isn't much we can do about this from a
software-center point of view. The package provided by canon depends on
another package called 'cupsys' - which is not available by that name in
recent Ubuntu releases. Software-center doesn't and shouldn't allow
packages to be installed when the prerequisites (dependencies) are not
available as this can lead to broken installs. Sorry about that.
