We are currently putting a placeholder image in the sourcecode, and
another in the website, pending real images being created.
The control panel will attempt to download, passing an accept-language
header for future possible i18n work. If the download fails then the
local one will be used. Probably will also have a way to redirect based
on version or other factors in the future.
