Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gcalctool

When the language default for the decimal separator in gcalctool is
'comma' (like it is in Belgium), the 'dot' on the keyboard will not
insert a comma when pressed. The expected behaviour is that hitting the
'dot' key will insert a comma. This way, inserting numbers via the
numpad is much easier.
