thats a known bug specifically for ntfs/vfat and is reported as 192629
for the moment you could use a workaround i.e. to change your mount
options to include user permissions. for example if its 'defaults'(could
be 'noatime' or 'relatime' or maybe multiples) change it to
'defaults,umask=007,uid=1000,gid=1000' you can see the duplicate bug for
any workarounds.
