I am marking this bug Invalid for Paper Cuts, because it is against the
USC specification, and moving it would involve moving several other
elements in a way that is not obvious and would need to be designed.
(For example, would the "Install" button in a list view move too? How
about the progress bar?)
I'm also marking it Incomplete for USC, because the report contains no
evidence that the button actually is hard to notice. Normally I wouldn't
require that evidence, but in this case we have done user testing of
USC, in which none of the participants have yet had difficulty finding
the button.
Right now as I write this, we're doing more user testing that happens to
be on a wide-screen display. So if people do have trouble, we can reopen
this bug. We can also reopen it if anyone else publishes their own user
test results. But if we do, "move install button to the left side" is
only one of the possible solutions.
