Same problem here: I can't burn vob files with brasero because it
requires this "decoder dvd subpicture" plugin.
I have maverick

I have gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad installed by default
I tried to install gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse .. no luck
I tried to install ubuntu-restricted-extra (with addons) .. no luck
I don't know what to do .. I'm using ubuntu since 9.04 and it never
happened to me!
