I'm using ubuntu 9.10 and was having those messages on /var/log/syslog when
trying to stop mysql.
Added the line "/sys/devices/system/cpu/ r," to the end of "directories
listing" (before the last "}") of /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld and now the
messages stopped... but i can't stop mysql yet. When I run "$ sudo service
mysql stop" or "$/etc/init.d/mysqld stop" it fails and doesnt print nothing to
syslog, dmesg or mysql logs.
