this is highly disturbing when your mouse buttons are seperate from the mouse
body, as in touchpads, trackpads and trackballs.
We don't move the mouse a millimeter while clicking. An ordinary mouse would
have to be held extremely still while clicking, to reproduce this effect.

Most affected are Notebooks, Netbooks and all
touchpad/trackpad/trackball equipped devices.

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: compiz

In Window Picker (default SUPER+W) the Scale Addons, i.e. Right Click to
zoom window and Middle Click to close window do not work, until i move
the mouse over the area of a scaled window.

  What i expect to happen:
  1. invoke Window Picker via SUPER+W
  2. right click the scaled window currently underneath the mouse cursor to
zoom into it
  3. middle click the scaled window currently underneath the mouse cursor to
close it

  What happens instead:
  1. invoke Window Picker via SUPER+W
  2. scaled window currently underneath the mouse cursor isn't highlighted
- - instead, the window last focused before i invoked Window Picker is
highlighted
+    - instead, the window last focused before i invoked Window Picker is
highlighted
  3. right click to zoom in doesn't have any effect, unless the mouse is moved
first to wake-up the focus
  4. middle click to close doesn't have any effect, unless the mouse is moved
first to wake-up the focus

+ edit:
+ the problem also appears, when the mouse has been moved, but a window has
been closed via Middle Click.

i think a suggestion to fix this might be to fix the focus following upon
initiation.
If the "focus" knows where the mouse is, it can highlight the respective
window underneath the pointer and enable mouse interaction (Scale Addons) for
it.
