Public bug reported:
appeared after reinstalling KMS-mode drivers on ATI Radeon RS482 (on Acer 5100
laptop).
Tried propr. ATI drivers to solve these issues (very visible and annoyant) with
Compiz but that didn't work, so I cleaned the system and reinstalled KMS mode.
