Public bug reported:
On a Dell Mini 9 with Ubuntu Maverick (but also with earlier versions),
the LED of the built-in webcam is flashing after resume from suspend.
Normally, the LED should indicate if the Webcam is in use. When booting
the Mini 9, the LED flashes some time and then stops flashing and is
off. When using the webcam, e.g. opening Cheese, this switches on the
LED (no flashing).
As a work around, one can open Cheese after resuming the Mini 9, and
then close it again. The LED is then switched off.
