** Description changed:

I have a Microsoft Digital Media Keyboard 3000 and running Ubuntu
Maverick. I have 5 keys that don't work (numbered 1 to 5), you can see
them on a picture of the keyboard

When I press these buttons I don't get an event in xev. For the other
special keys there is no issue, for those I always get a keycode.

My keyboard is indentified correctly in dmseg :

- I also saw another related bug (#636311), but that seems like a
- different problem. I have no issues with my mouse after pressing any
- special keys.
