I am not a software developer, so I apologize for any incorrect
terminology. It may not technically be a "crash."

The event happens at 89.485. Thats when the CD completes burning and K3B
plays its "I'm done" sound, interrupting the current song playing from
Rhythmbox.

accessible: yes. The daemon shuts down after that and then it seems like
it can't "find" the stream that it was playing so it just releases all
resources.

Once again, I am not sure where the problem lies, only that if I am
playing music, then burn a cd. I have to restart pulseaudio to get
Rythmbox to output sound.
