Due to the changes in hardware obsoleting the floppy drive, this will
not be fixed. Xubuntu 10.04 LTS is the last release supporting floppy
drives. That release can be used until 2013, at which time all support
for floppy drives will be dropped. Thanks and please continue to report
bugs you find.
