Binary package hint: compiz
1. Open Preferences->Power Management, with Desktop Effects enabled
2. Click and hold down the left mouse button on the window's title bar, then
move the mouse to try and move it
----The click will go through the title bar and you'll click on the desktop
3. Right click on the power management window on the window list , and select
move. You can move it now.
----If you try to click on the power management window again, there's a chance
it might be focused properly but the title bar will 'grayed out' and
transparent like it's out of focus.
