The bug seems to be resolved with my current Java environment:
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.9.2) (1.9.2-6b20-0ubuntu2)
OpenJDK Server VM (build 19.0-b09, mixed mode)
All work both during the execution of the program and after the
execution.
