Configurando pdns-recursor (3.1.7.2-1) ...
Creating user and group pdns...useradd: no se puede bloquear /etc/passwd;
inténtelo más tarde.
adduser: `/usr/sbin/useradd -d /var/spool/powerdns -g pdns -s /bin/false -u 116
pdns' devolvió el código de error 1. Saliendo.

Something is blocking the user database file (/etc/passwd) and because
of this pdns package's postinst script can't create the pdns user. You
should check out what is blocking the passwd file, eventually try to
remove the block (I'm not 100% sure, but there should be an
/etc/passwd.lck or some other file), or try a reboot, then reinstall
pdns.

This is not a pdns-recursor bug, marking as invalid.
