As indicated by Brian it is better to report each problem as a seperate bug
report.
Issue 1 and 2 qualify as bug reports. Issue 3 and 4 are no bugs but support
questions, please asks these on https://answers.launchpad.net or on the ubuntu
forums.
I'm closing this bug report since you have reported issue 2 as bug #99064 again.
Feel free to open a separate bug report for issue 1.
