I used the new Kernel v2.6.37-rc6 on my Ubuntu and everything works fine! Updating a kernel is very easy:
Step 1) Download the following files from here http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.37-rc6-natty/ - "linux-headers-all.deb" - "linux-headers-i386.deb"(if you are running a intel cpu) or "linux-headers-amd64.deb "(if you are running a amd cpu) - "linux-image-i386.deb" or linux-image-amd64.deb" Step 2) Install the files(just double-click) in the same order as listed above! Restart. Finished. I got this information from here: http://www.linuxmintusers.de/index.php?topic=2567.0 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/530277 Title: 0cf2:6250 ENE Technology, Inc. card reader not supported -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
