Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: debian-installer
I perform upgrades from the alternate installer CD image. After the
upgrade, there is a cdrom entry in /etc/apt/sources.list which can be
troublesome when the CD isn't in the drive. I think that the default
configuration should be to remove the cdrom entry after the upgrade as I
expect most people who use a CD (or mounted iso image) will not leave it
in the computer after the upgrade has completed. I upgrade from CD
because I have 5 machines to upgrade; this way, I only have to download
the upgrade once. This happend on the upgrade to maverick and I expect
it would happen when I upgrade to natty.
