Public bug reported:

Symptom: bootup stalls at, IIRC, init-bottom.  ctrl+alt+del actually
seems to wake it up at that point rather than rebooting the machine.  A
couple messages about rc.S, I think, flash by after that.

At one point this was happening on every boot.  Feisty's automatic
kernel upgrade cured the problem.

More recently, it happened after a failed resume.  I forced a fsck on
the following reboot and it didn't happen that time.  Haven't rebooted
since.
