Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: autofs5

I have an autofs daemon running and mounting NFS shares over /mnt/auto
directory. Whenever i perform restart of the system (using reboot
command) i can see that during umountfs stage info about /mnt/auto is
being busy is displayed, then information about remount in ro mode.
Then i can see the Segmentation Fault message and none of the
filesystems are cleanly umounted. The result is that during the boot
fsck is being run on all fs and correct errors. I beieve this is quite
critical bug because it may result with data loss.
