Please reopen this bug. It was marked as incomplete on September 27.
According to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Status this is only done when
the requester (me) needs to answer some questions. That day I asked
what information was required, and I heard nothing until the janitor
expired the bug for lack of activity.
I am still willing to reproduce the bug and test any fixes. Just tell
me what you need.
