Public bug reported:
Wubi uses MBR to boot Ubuntu installed in Windows partition. When
Windows boots using UEFI, the MBR does not work and thus users will not
be able to boot into Ubuntu.
Wubi should either add UEFI support or warn users that UEFI is not
supported before the installation.
