This happens in Empathy english too, the title of the Empathy window is Contact List on its window titlebar and Empathy Internet Messaging in the top panel. Also happens with Aislerot Solitaire, Klondike game, where the name of the window in the titlebar is Klondike, whereas the name in the top panel is Aislerot Solitaire. The names in the app titlebar and menu should be consistent to be able to easily find the window the menu belongs to.
