Comment #115's solution works for me, under the latest 10.10 kernel. Here's my uname -a.
"Linux SMNG-N150 2.6.35-24-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Thu Dec 2 01:41:57 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux". NOTE: The solution appears to work. Before trying this, my Samsung N150 PLUS would sometimes come out of a suspend, and sometimes stay in a coma, where it was impossible to revive it save for a hard reboot. I recreated the same conditions (Firefox, on youtube + Empathy signed into Facebook/IRC + Standard run-off-the-mill Ubuntu 10.10 Netbook Remix install) and tried it twice. Once with closing the lid, once with calling the suspend from a key-combination. Both resumed quickly and without error (~3-~5 seconds from power switch to login window asking for my password). If something changes (IE, the error occurs again, I'll be re-commenting, but for now, it looks good) :) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/640100 Title: Maverick fails to wake up on Samsung N150 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
