Hi Fabio, I'm afraid it didn't solve the problem. It acts exactly the same:
When I unplug the power cable I get a warning, that my battery will run out in three minutes although when I click the battery icon it says more than three hours. When I put it to sleep it freezes during the wakeup. I tried the 11.04 kernel and it almost worked. It woke up from sleep but soon after it got a delay and eventually it froze again.
