Binary package hint: db2exc-amd64
Add support for starting DB2Text extender at boot.
invoke "db2ts start for text" as db2 instance owner.
You can autodetect by database query if some local database was enabled for
full text search or not.
"select * from, sysibmts.tsdefaults" -> works if database is db2 text search
enabled.
