Hi, Thanks for responding. I have been trying to duplicate the crash, but without luck. I'm unsure as to why there are directories there (as ClamTk should only look at regular files), but it would explain why there is a problem.
I will add another check in that process to ensure the area(s) dealing with md5sums are looking at only files, and that will prevent future crashes. However, this by itself won't help you out right now. If you would like my help with that (getting those directories with files out of there), post back with the output of this: $ find ~/.clamtk/viruses/ With luck, this may help us determine why the directories ended up there in the first place.
