Public bug reported:
The hwclock init script /etc/init.d/hwclock.sh indicate a file for
documentation (/usr/share/doc/util-linux/README.Debian.hwclock) in its
comments, but this file does not exist because in fact it is gzipped and
the ".gz" extension is missing.
This is the corresponding patch:
