Binary package hint: gnome-panel
I have introduced 5 people to Ubuntu. Each user right clicked on the DVD
icon that appeared on the desktop when there was a disk in the drive and
clicked "Unmount", thinking it was to eject the DVD from the drive, only
to telephone me up saying their DVDs were no longer working on their
computer(s), so I had to remount the DVD drives.
Please can the "unmount" be removed from the right clicking of the
CD/DVD icon that appears on the desktop when their is a disk in the
drive.
