Public bug reported:
I upgraded Edgy to Feisty Beta via CD, and the Network manager sees my
wireless card, tries to connect for a few seconds but gives up.
iwconfig reports this:
wlan 0 IEEE 80211b+ ESSID:"" Nickname:"acx v0.3.36"
Mode:Managed Frequency:2.437 GHz Access Point: Not-Associated
Bit Rate:22 Mb/s Tx-Power:yada yada
During the boot sequence, there's a message like, "error loading
/lib/firmare/acx..." but it goes by too fast to read.
(I also did something to my network manager applet, and now don't know
how to get it back...)
