Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: monodevelop

MonoDevelop doesn't detect ActionScript file even though it can
highlight it's syntax.

MonoDevelop has the file [0] to handle syntax highlighting for
ActionScript, but it doesn't detect it properly. It detects an
ActionScript file as a Applix Spreadsheets spreadsheet. In the
properties (in MonoDevelop) for the file it shows the file as an Applix
Spreadsheets spreadsheet.

Actual Result - When opening an ActionScript file within MonoDevelop it opens
gedit .
Expected Result - When opening an ActionScript file within MonoDevelop it
should use the internal text editor in MonoDevelop.
