Thank you for reporting this issue. Could you try reproducing this with
a clean OpenOffice configuration file on the desktop? To remove the
existing file, please use this in a terminal:
rm -r ~/.openoffice
This will require you to reset all your options and preferences in
OpenOffice again. Let us know if this fixes the issue for you.
