Partly, bug is reproducible. For example, today I run an empathy. While I was offline, I was requested by one of ICQ users. Than I recieved a message from him. And this request and message is unreadable. It comtents symbols like these: êàêîé âîïðîñ? ÿ íàïèñàë: "äîáàâü ìåíÿ, ýòî Æåêà Áàëàíäèí. But it isn't Russian language, like: Здравствуйте, к Вам пришел запрос на авторизацию.
