Binary package hint: krename
I use krename to rename book pages. When I go to 4.Filename/Advanced
Filename/Numbering there is a start index to be set. When I try to
rename pages starting from e.g. 280 I fail at the start index because 99
is the upper limit here. This is a show stopper, please fix this.
