Thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately, without the log
files, it is very difficult to determine the cause of the failure.
Please try turning off the screensaver in Applications -> Settings ->
Screensaver. Could you please explain, step by step, what is happening
during the attempt to install Xubuntu?
