It seems it has not been fixed yet, meaning that not even a full pofile
stats script run has fixed it. That indicates that
POFile.updateStatistics call is not working properly, which is a bit
surprising since it should be using
getPOTMsgSetsWithNewSuggestions().count() to get the value, and
getPOTMsgSetsWithNewSuggestions() call is the one used by the filter and
obviously returns no results.
