Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bluez

I have a bluetooth keyboard/trackpad (Logitech mediaboard pro); using an
MSI BToes USB adaptor (0db0:6970) it connects, pairs and is persistent
under reboot. However using a belkin B8T017 USB adaptor (050d:0017) or a
Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (0a12:0001) results in the
PIN being requested every time the screensaver kicks in or the computer
is rebooted. This requires the use of a wired keyboard and so renders
the wireless keyboard pointless.

System: ubuntu 10.10 64 bit
intel i3-530 Gigabyte GA-H55N-USB3 (clarkdale chipset) 4Gb RAM

Attached is the lsusb -vv output for the three dongles
