Ok, here's the state with 2.6.37-11 and 2.6.37-rc80
first I have
0: eeepc-wlan: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: no
1: eeepc-bluetooth: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: no
unblocking 0 still doesn't help, but running list again I get:
0: eeepc-wlan: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: eeepc-bluetooth: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: no
2: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: no
and unblocking 2 does get my wireless working again. Not really what I expected
but I guess I can live with
sudo rfkill unblock 0 && sudo rfkill unblock 2
