Binary package hint: compizconfig-settings-manager
1) In any plugin that has window-specific settings, click New.
2) Click the + button next to the Windows box.
3) Select any type, click Grab, and click on a window.
Expected results:
4) The value appears in the Value box; click OK.
5) The rule is added with this value (e.g. "class=foo").
Actual results:
4) The value appears in the Value box; click OK.
5) The rule is added with no value (e.g. "class=").
This bug then goes on to cause Bug #264222.
