Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: grub2

my computer crashed some point during the update to version 10 from 9.
at one point a message on my screen said something about system using
low graphics. I can't explain much since I left the computer upgrading
through the night and when I woke up to check my laptop was acting funny
still sleepy I was trying to change the graphic mode to one of the
options on the screen but it wouldn't respond so I canceled it however
when it went to the start up screen it stuck there I had to do a hard
shut down to get the computer to start normally but there was a bunch of
stuff on the screen something about recover mode the screen didn't stay
up long enough for me to read all that was on it. Anyhow it started and
took me to my log on screen after putting in my pass word it opened to
my normal screen. However a message came up letting me know that the
grun package did not update. This is new to me so I cannot explain much
else.
